These tickets are valid for the Specific Date and Time listed on the ticket.

This Ticket combines daytime zoo admission and includes the Great Jack O'Lantern Journey Evening Admission to be used on the same date. The Jack O'Lantern Journey an evening event fun for all ages. However, event will contain elements such as spiders, graveyard scene, classic movie/tv/horror references, strobe lights, smoke machines, halloween music, costumed characters and other halloween related references. 

This ticket cannot be separated out or used by more than one guest. This ticket does not include rides.

Daytime Zoo Hours may vary. Zoo CLOSES at 4pm beginning October 16-31st.  Guests MUST exit zoo at closing time to be RE-ADMITTED for Jack O'Lantern Journey event.

Please Note: Food or Alcohol are NOT allowed to be brought into the zoo.  Coolers and large bags are not permitted. Small bags for medical supplies, formula and child care necessities (including children snacks/drinks) is allowed.

Your tickets will be sent via EMAIL. Please keep this email in a safe place.  You may either PRINT the tickets or SHOW on your phone for admittance.

Pets - Pets of any kind are not allowed in Southwick's Zoo and animals are not to be left in vehicles due animal health and safety guidelines. Service Animals are welcome however there are a few animal contact areas that must be avoided for our animal safety. Please check in and register your service dog at GUEST SERVICES to receive instructions and allow our staff to contact zoo keeping for safety protocols.

For your safety we recommend sneakers or closed toe shoes during your visit to Southwick's Zoo. We do not recommend flip flops or sandals due to safety, terrain and dangers either known or unknown.
