Online Ticket Purchase Policy
These tickets are valid for Senior Citizens ONLY ages 62 years and over for specific Monday, Tuesday or Wednesdays and Time listed on the ticket.
There will be an attachment to your tickets that will contain information for your visit.
Please Note: Some Rides, Attractions, Shows, Retail/Food Venues may be closed due to weather, or off season. Retail and Concessions are available daily with capacity limits and social distancing guidelines. Please visit our website for more information before you visit or email guestservices@southwickszoo.com.
Please Note: Food not allowed to be brought into the zoo. Coolers and large bags are not permitted. Small bags for medical supplies, formula and child care necessities is allowed. Small hand carried snacks and drinks are allowed.
Your tickets will be sent via EMAIL. Please keep this email in a safe place. You may either PRINT the tickets or SHOW on your phone for admittance.
Pets - Pets of any kind are not allowed in Southwick's Zoo and animals are not to be left in vehicles due animal health and safety guidelines. Service Animals are welcome however there are a few animal contact areas that must be avoided for our animal safety. Please check in and register your service dog at GUEST SERVICES to receive instructions and allow our staff to contact zoo keeping for safety protocols.
For your safety we recommend sneakers or closed toe shoes during your visit to Southwick's Zoo. We do not recommend flip flops or sandals due to safety, terrain and dangers either known or unknown.
By purchasing Admission tickets to Southwick's Zoo you are accepting responsibility for your own safety and are aware that the zoo's natural terrain involves hazards, both know and unknown that can result in personal injury.
