Online Ticket Purchase Policy

This value pass is good for up to 12 admissions into the zoo and can be used by and adult, child (3+), or senior. Please print out or show the barcoded ticket that you will receive in your emailed confirmation.  This ticket will be exchanged for the punch card value pass.  Keep the value pass in a safe place.  Once it is exchanged for a punch card, it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Value pass admissions can be used in one day (12 people visiting together) or in intervals until all the admissions are punched out.

These tickets are rain or shine and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please Note:  Some Rides, Attractions, Shows, Retail/Food Venues may be closed due to weather, or off season.  Please visit our website for more information before you visit or email guestservices@southwickszoo.com.

Please Note: Food is no longer allowed to be brought into the zoo.  Coolers and large bags are not permitted. Small bags for medical supplies, formula and child care necessities is allowed.

There are no refunds for online ticket purchases.

Your tickets will be sent via EMAIL. Please keep this email in a safe place.  You may either PRINT the tickets or SHOW on your phone for admittance.

Pets - Pets of any kind are not allowed in Southwick's Zoo and animals are not to be left in vehicles due animal health and safety guidelines. Service Animals are welcome however there are a few animal contact areas that must be avoided for our animal safety. Please check in and register your service dog at GUEST SERVICES to receive instructions and allow our staff to contact zoo keeping for safety protocols.

For your safety we recommend sneakers or closed toe shoes during your visit to Southwick's Zoo. We do not recommend flip flops or sandals due to safety, terrain and dangers either known or unknown.

By purchasing Admission tickets to Southwick's Zoo you are accepting responsibility for your own safety and are aware that the zoo's natural terrain involves hazards, both know and unknown that can result in personal injury.
