Online FLEX Ticket Purchase Policy

This ticket is good for one admission entrance into the zoo during the 2025 regular zoo season, Valid Any Day/Any Time. No reservation required. These barcoded tickets may be given as gifts.

These tickets are NOT VALID for special ticketed events such as Jack O Lantern Journey or Winter Wonderland.

There is a $2.00 Transaction fee per ticket purchased online.

If you purchased the admission including the Sky/Train Combo wristband; this option includes unlimited Train and Skyfari Rides ONLY.  *CHILDREN MUST BE AT LEAST 42" TALL TO RIDE THE SKYFARI AND MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT IF UNDER 13 YRS OF AGE.  This option does NOT include other rides, attractions, zipline or animal rides.

These tickets are rain or shine and are non-refundable.

Please Note:  Some Rides, Attractions, Shows, Retail/Food Venues may be closed due to weather, renovation or seasonal shifts. Please visit our website for more information before you visit or email guestservices@southwickszoo.com.

Please Note: Food is NOT allowed to be brought into the zoo.  Coolers and large bags are not permitted. Small bags for medical supplies, formula and child care necessities (including children snacks/drinks) is allowed.

Your tickets will be sent via EMAIL. Please keep this email in a safe place.  You may either PRINT the tickets or SHOW on your phone for admittance.

Pets - Pets of any kind are not allowed in Southwick's Zoo and animals are not to be left in vehicles due animal health and safety guidelines. Service Animals are welcome however there are a few animal contact areas that must be avoided for our animal safety. Please check in and register your service dog at GUEST SERVICES to receive instructions and allow our staff to contact zoo keeping for safety protocols.

For your safety we recommend sneakers or closed toe shoes during your visit to Southwick's Zoo. We do not recommend flip flops or sandals due to safety, terrain and dangers either known or unknown.

By purchasing Admission tickets to Southwick's Zoo you are accepting responsibility for your own safety and are aware that the zoo's natural terrain involves hazards, both know and unknown that can result in personal injury.
