These tickets are non refundable and are valid for the Specific Date listed on the ticket for the 2025 Winter Wonderland Event. Dates, Times & Attractions are subject to change without notice.

Admission Includes Visit with Santa, Shows, Holiday Light Displays, Santa's Train and Live Entertainment.  Carousel ride is an additional cost of $5 per person. Tickets will be sent via EMAIL. You may either PRINT the tickets or SHOW on your phone for admittance.

Pets - Pets of any kind are not allowed in Southwick's Zoo and animals are not to be left in vehicles due animal health and safety guidelines. Service Animals are welcome however there are a few animal contact areas that must be avoided for our animal safety. Please check in and register your service dog at GUEST SERVICES to receive instructions and allow our staff to contact zoo keeping for safety protocols.
